Kenyan Supreme Court has nullified the elections of Uhuru Kenyatta ordering the Independent Elections and Boundaries Commission to organize new elections.
The six judges of the Supreme Court of Kenya led by Chief Justice David Maraga have ordered the IEBC to have the elections within 60 days.
The annulment of the elections follows a petition lodged by Raila Odinga’s National Super Alliance (NASA) against the IEBC and President Uhuru Kenyatta, the Jubilee candidate.
