BUSHENYI: UGANDAN -CANADIAN LECTURER, ENG. ,TWO OTHERS REMANDED FOR DESTROYING 87 YR MOTHER’S PLANTATION

Bushenyi Grade one magistrates court has a short while ago remanded Ugandan Canadian lecturer, Engineer and two others for destroying mother’s banana plantation yesterday.
While in court, the presiding Magistrate his worship Tindyebwa Adyeri remanded the four until 28th sept. 2021 when they will appear in court for bail and mention of their case.
The Ugandan Canadian lecturer was identified as Michael Musherure, Eng. Frankline Mugizi , Christopher Mukundane and Atukurize Moreen
Court identified the mother whose plantation in Katenga Kibare Bumbaire was cut as Mrs Gerogina Kaganizo 87 years
It is alleged that Michael Musherure the Canadian lecturer flew in recently to organize the brothers to disorganize the family and cut 1.5 acres of old woman’s banana plantation.
His worship Adyeri denied them bail, the four on grounds that he is not allocated the file by his superior who is currently on transfer and has not reported to the station.
Family wrangles in late kaganizo’s family have raged on for now two years and it resulted into cutting down of 1.5 acres of banana plantation by a section of family members.
