Buhweju district chairman elect Deo Atuhaire Omuhatizi has revealed that Museveni’s government needs to be squeezed if Ugandans are to get the services they deserve.
Deo Omuhatizi noted that unless the government is squeezed, only a few groups of individuals will continue to benefit.
Deo who was appearing at Bfm radio in Ekiteramo program said that if people must get services in their areas, they need to fight for themselves.
He cited out high taxes charged on Ugandans but are never used to deliver services to the people whom they have made to suffer.
“I paid Yaka of 20,000/= recently, but they deducted close to 6,000/= from Mobile money as charges,” said Deo.
He added that it is high time for people to unit and squeeze the government if they are to jump out of suffering circle.
Deo also urged the opposition to unit together if they are to overthrow Museveni’s government.
