Police in Mitooma district is on alert after the Ruhinda south NRM MP flagbearer Atuhwerire Arthur Kazoora decried to police over threats and destruction posters which he says puts his life in danger hence requesting for security throughout the campaign period.
According to Arthur Kazoora who talked to our reporter via the phone, he reported the case to Mitooma CPS after finding out that most of his posters were destructed by unknown people and requested for security which was given to him.
He however attributed all this to the camp of the incumbent MP Capt Mugabe Dononzio Kahonda who is standing as an independent candidate for the seat.
Speaking to www.mknewslink.com the Mitooma district deputy RDC Umaru Muhanguzi condemned such acts and noted that the security organs are working hand in hand to fight the habit however has not attributed it to any camp.
Meanwhile Capt Mugabe Dononzio kahonda the Ruhinda South legislator whose camp is allegedly being pinned for all this noted that the counterparts team has started playing blame games to confuse voters since they have no any single proof of any member from his camp engaged in any of mentioned acts.
