The inspector general of governments investigations report on the misuse of 336 million for the roads by Bushenyi Ishaka municipal engineer Eng.Deus Nuwagaba Baingana has not been bought but will come out in two months.
This was revealed by the inspectorates spokesperson Ms Alice Munira in a telephone interview yesterday evening 08th Nov.2018 with www.mknewslink.com managing editor.
She noted that investigations for Bushenyi Ishaka municipal roads need experts whom the inspectorate does not have to thoroughly investigate the extent of the financial loss.
She added that therefore experts were hired to critically investigate the alleged loss of 336 millions meant for the roads in the municipality.
Ms Munira asked the people of Bushenyi Ishaka to be patient and wait for the report and then the truth is revealed.
Eng. Nuwagaba was arrested by the citizens on 6th March 2018 and handed over to the then RDC Peter Mugisha who in turn handed him to Bushenyi police where he spent two days in cells.
Immediately after the arrest, the IGG investigations commenced and people of Bushenyi have waited for the report up to now.
Eng. Deus was not interdicted by the town clerk because he challenged the planned interdiction in the courts of law.
