excluded which contravenes section 6 and 7 of the employment act 2006.
Lecturers also want IGG to investigate the failure by Kabale university to

They say that this is against section 43(4c) of the
employment Act. They also say that the state of job insecurity and
poor welfare has left waiting for compliance as per section 76(1, 2)
and sub section 1(a) of the employment Act 2006.
The Chairperson University Professional and Academic Staff Union
Kabale University Dr Joseph Tindyebwa say that they have used all

The Kabale University Deputy Vice-Chancellor in charge of Academic
Affairs Professor Ezra Mishambi Twesigomwe admits that university has
spent the 8 months without paying staff due to financial constraints.
He says the money was spent while reorganizing the university since it moved
from a private to public institution since July this year. He however
said that other issues the staff are complaining about are invalid.
