MP COWBOY MOURNS PERSONAL DRIVER

Arinda Gordon Cowboy, Bushenyi-Ishaka municipality member of parliament has described his fallen driver as a very hard working and friendly person who respected him and his job.
The late Mugizi Edson Idd was buried today Aug. 15, 2017 at his home in Bunyarigyi ward centeral division Bushenyi district. He died on Sunday at Mulago national referral hospital due to liver related problem.
MP Coy Boy told mourners that he last saw his late driver Idd Mugizi on July 15, 2017, when he dropped him at Entebbe international Airport on his way to Netherlands for a one month trip. He noted that today marks one month since they talked to him.
The Member of Parliament who broke down while beginning his speech, describe his driver as his brother, very close friend. “Idd was not only my driver but my political advisor, friend and brother” MP Cow boy lamented.
He added that all the MPs don’t stay with their drivers at their homes of residence but for him, he has been staying with Idd because he was extremely well behaved and treated him as his brother.
“We ate together whatever I preferred to eat and I tried my level best to meet all his treatment costs. Doctor Kiwanuka that treats my father is the one that has been treating him. However, I believe his time had come” He added.
Idd, died at 42 years of age and left seven children and a widow. Prayers were led by Fr. Robert Kakaru of kitabi parish who warned women against using a lot of lipstick and artificial hair and all sorts of un Godly beautifications.
The burial was attended by many political leaders who included Mayor Jackson Kamugasha, District chairman Jafari Basajabalaba, FDC’s Paul Kahiigi, Odo Tayebwa, Pison Mugizi and Federica Nshemerirwe among others.
