IBANDA YOUTH GROUPS RECEIVE LIVELIHOOD FUNDS

Ten Youth groups received the money and other project equipment under the youth livelihood program.
The town clerk, Ibanda municipality, Ms. Justine Barekye while giving out motorcycles to some of the boda boda youth groups at the Ibanda municipality headquarters on Saturday, asked youth groups to work as a team in order to recover the money in given time.
Among the ten groups that qualified to benefit include; Bukuuto II youth Boda Boda, Nyakabungo II youth Boda Boda and Bisheeshe central youth project amongst other groups.
After receiving motorcycles, Alex Muhumuza and Albert Ayebazibwe who are group chairpersons, promised to work hand in hand with other members to see the proper management of the funds.
Ibanda Municipality is among the best performing municipalities in the country in youth livelihood program since 2016 and 31 groups have so far benefited since the municipality was inaugurated.
