BUSHENYI RESIDENTS WARNED AGAINST EATING AT BURIALS, PARTIES
By Kenneth Twinamatsiko
In Bushenyi—
As COVID 19 continues to increase in our communities, people have advised to stop eating on burials and parties if possible.
The advice was made by Rev. Richard Mubangizi the archdeacon of Kashenshero during a wedding party of Abasa and Irene at country side gardens St. Kagwa Bushenyi.
He warned people that eating on ceremonies like burials is likely to speed up the spread of coronavirus through holding plates, forks among others.
He also showed concern that people start organizing short parties of two to three hours to help guests go home and remove their face masks to relax.
Rev. Mubangizi added that people should also develop a habit of moving with toilet papers since you can’t sanitize it before using it.
He called upon every person to do everything possible in protecting themselves against coronavirus because it is real and kills.
