BUSHENYI SCHOOL HEADS WARNED AGAINST HIKING FEES AMIDST COVID 19

The Bushenyi District Education Officer Saul Rwampororo has warned school directors and head teachers against increasing school fees as students report back to schools
Sub candidate classes are on Monday 1st March 2021 expected to join the rest of the finalists at their respective schools to continue with studies.
Speaking to www.mknewslink.com reporter, Saul Rwampororo said that however much the pandemic has affected the nation, there should be no abnormal increase of school fees.
“Imagine you will find some head teachers sending learners to bring a jerycan of sanitizer, all that for what!” Rwampororo added.
Rwampororo said that this is not the time to raise the school fees because the parents were affected by COVID19 as well.
