RAJIV RUPARELIA REFUSES TO PARTICIPATE IN JAN. 21ST MBARARA MOTOR RALLY OVER HEALTH STANDARDS

Rajiv Ruparelia the managing director of Ruparelia group of companies has declined to participate in the Rukari -Lake Mburo Mbarara motorsport because of poor health and safety standards.
In a statement sent to www.mknewslink.com managing editor Wilber Muhwezi Kasibante, the son of the richest man in Uganda noted that he can’t participate in a rally that lacks both health and safety standards.
He apologized to the fans for not participating because of the above reasons calling upon them to continue supporting him.
Following a statement by Rajiv Ruparelia, Federal of Motorsports Clubs of Uganda (FMU) released another statement cancelling the rally over the same reasons mentioned by the tycoon.
FMU described Rukari Lake Mburo Mbarara motorsport organizers as stubborn people who refused to meet FMU management for harmonization of the rally.
Rajiv Ruparelia joined motorsport about two years ago and has been winning most of the rallies both in Kenya Uganda and other countries.
