TWO ARRESTED IN KIKUUBE OVER MURDER OF AN INDIAN NATIONAL

An Indian business man was Monday evening murdered in Kasonga Guest House in Kyabitaka Village, Kasonga Parish in Kyangwali Sub-county, Kikuube District.
ASP Julius Allan Hakiza the Albertine Region Police Spokesperson identified the deceased Michael Sultan an Indian who was a resident of Hoima City. ”The deceased travelled to Kyangwali on Monday to supply his clients such items as salt, biscuits, sugar, cooking oil and soap among others.”
Hakiza told our reporter Wednesday morning that the deceased checked in the guest house at around 6pm but never woke up in the morning. ”This prompted the driver and the guest house manager to check, only finding him dead.”
The police mouthpiece asserted that they are suspecting the deceased to have been strangled by a rope.
He revealed that through their canine dog, they arrested the driver of the deceased identified as Moses Muvamuno and the guest house manager and they are in their custody at Kikuube central police station pending investigations.
The police mouthpiece asserted that they are still waiting for postmortem results.
