BUSHENYI SERVICE COMMISSION ON TRICKY FIRST TEST: WILL MINISTER RONALD RWABUTWAGU BE GIVEN JOB AFTER FAILING INTERVIEW TERRIBLY?

Bushenyi district service commission headed by Ms. Scholastic Ndyagambwaki is facing a very tricky test whereby a secretary/minister of finance in Bushenyi district local government Mr. Ronald Rwabutwagu sat for interviews and scored 52% well as the best scored 80%.
The job turning absolutely controversial is senior community development officer Bushenyi Ishaka municipality.
Despite miserable marks scored (52%) by the politician central division district councilor Bushenyi Ishaka municipality, very arrogant, very disorganized in a very organized family of the late. Rwabutwagu, senior politicians at the district and municipality are pushing for the politician to get a job despite having totally failed the interview.
The interviewees 10 of them for the job, one of them has already written a letter copied to Bushenyi district service commission and inspector general of government requesting for quick intervention to save the situation. Ndyagambwaki told www.mknewslink.com managing editor that they were going to discuss the matter and get a solution, however she had reservations that the resource person of the interview gave more marks to the winner who got 80%. She promised this website top management that she was going to work professionally and avoid political interference which would soil her earlier clean career.
