AFRICAN INSTITUTE FOR CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT IN KENYA TO COLLABORATE WITH KIU IN PROMOTION OF DEVELOPMENT STUDIES

Kampala International University this afternoon 1st June 2023 had a networking and collaborative meeting with high profile delegation from African Institute for Capacity Development from Kenya.
The Delegation was led by Prof. Byarugaba Dominic, the Executive Director African Institute for capacity Development (AICAD) in Kenya who met with Chair council KIU Prof. Maud Kamatenesi Mugisha for discussion.
The discussion centered mainly on development graduate studies, Supervision and promotion, research; empowering the future generation and impact focused work; study and service for development.
Prof.Byarugaba Dominic was accompanied by his deputy Executive Director at AICAD, Dr. John Kinyuru; Director FA Dr. John Njagi and Dr. Patrick Wakhu a Director of Training and Extension at AICAD.
The collaboration is expected to yield much for both institutions in empowering the future generations in building the nation.
Kampala International University is renowned as a leading private Institution of higher learning internationally for offering both arts and science courses.
The University has two campuses in Uganda with the main campus in Kansanga along Ggaba road and western campus school of health Sciences in Ishaka, Bushenyi western Uganda.
