GOING ON JUST NOW: NUP’S JOLLY MUGISHA BEING LAID TO REST IN MITOOMA TOWN COUNCIL

In Mitooma—-
The late vice president of NUP in charge of western Uganda, Ms Jolly Kyomugasha Mugisha is currently being laid to rest in Bubare cell, Ward one Mitooma town council Mitooma district.
The entire national unity platform party apparatus from the lowest cadre to the topmost Robert Kyagulanyi are attending the burial.
Late Ms Jolly Mugisha cut her way through when she completed university in the late 1980s and joined greater Mbarara district as a gender officer and seriously fought for women rights and peaceful co-existence of families.
She retired from government early to contest against a close friend of her life Dr. Miria Matembe for Mbarara district woman MP. She unfortunately lost.
According to family reports, her husband Mr.Mugisha died long time ago and they had three boys who all now medical doctors.
