24 YEAR OLD MAN FOUND BEHEADED IN KAGADI DISTRICT

Shock has engulfed the residents of Rutuuza, Matungulu LC1 in Burola Sub County as a 24 year old man has been found beheaded and placed alongside the road.

The deceased has been only identified as Tugume whom it is alleged that his death follows regular fights over land by his family members.

Speaking to the district councilor Buroola sub county Bizimungu Philip he revealed that the deceased has been a hard working man, that his death Could have come as a result of misunderstanding between him and his elder brother who was caught with the aid of sniffer dog and is currently in police custody for further investigations.

Biziimungu further cautioned the public to always avoid taking laws into their hands explaining that having land quarrel issues solved by local leaders is the only peaceful way to prevent increased killings in their respective communities.
