40 YEARS OLD FORT PORTAL WOMAN DEFILES 8 YEARS OLD BOY

Police in fort portal are holding a 40 year old woman over defiling an 8 year old boy.
Godliver Twinomugisha the OC CID identified the suspect as Mary Kemigisa a resident Kisumbi A Bukwali parish East division Fort portal municipality.
The victim’s mother narrated that on Sunday at 4:00pm Kemigisa defiled her son while she had gone to Buhinga Hospital where she had a patient looking after. While at Buhinga she received a call that her son has been defiled.
Kemigisa grabbed the boy and took him to her bed and used him as the victim had just come back from school.
After the incident the boy told his aunt who was at home who alerted the mother.
According to the victim’s mother, her son was rushed to Buhinga Hospital for treatment since Kemigisa has HIV/AIDS.
The boy has been given PEP and advised to take him back to hospital after a month.
The OC CID has said that police is still at Fort Portal police as investigations into the matter continue.
