Brasal was a former American Embassy worker and he served as NDLG in Ntungamo district
It is alleged that Brasal was killed by his biological sons Hurbert Agumya, Muhoozi Julius and his daughter in law, wife to Agumya, Betty Atwoki Reginah.
According to Aron Mukamo a brother to deceased, he received a call from Agumya Hurbert that they were taking their father to Kitagata hospital.
He alleged that they could have killed him, then disguised that they were taking him for treatment so that people would think he died a natural death.
