Bushenyi Ishaka municipality parliamentary seat has attracted 5 contenders on NRM ticket from whom only one will be declared a winner.
Among the aspirants is Kabura Bimukye who declared his intentions during the weekend and is from wealthy family of Apollo Baimukye and Chris Rwakasisi who are willing to spend money in this election.
Other aspirants include Marvin Baryaruha also son of a rich man Hazalia Baryaruha who has pitched camp in Bushenyi and is soliciting votes as he follows corona virus guidelines.
Another candidate is Arnold Spencer Turwomwe son to Late Spencer Turwomwe and the minister of lands and urban development Betty Kamya Turwomwe.
Chris Muganzi is also seriously looking for votes with intention to unseat Arinda Gordon Cowboy the incumbent MP.
Gordon Arinda Cowboy the incumbent MP has also shown interest to contest again though he seems unbothered on grounds that when contenders become many, it increases his chances of winning the election.
Sources from Greater Bimukye family told www.mknewslink.com that their son Kabura Baimukye is the only candidate from Ishaka division which is the largest division in Bushenyi Ishaka municipality.
Sources also said that Baimukye is young and has money thus the youths will support him.
