ENTERTAINMENT NEWS:
Was it really president Museveni’s birthday?
He attended Kyamate Primary School in Ntungamo, Mbarara High School, and Ntare School. It was while at high school that he became a born-again Christian and a student leader.
There is a huge reason for doubt, but Bebe Cool sent his best of wishes to the man in power as fellow other artistes shunned the entire idea.
According to google, President Kaguta Yoweri Museveni was born on 15th August 1944. The internet was however filled with birthday messages to the Ugandan leader yesterday (15th September 2018) with various media companies, celebrities, and individuals wishing him a happy birthday.
President Museveni was born on September 15, 1944, in Ntungamo, South-western Uganda.
Maj Gen Kainerugaba, who is also Senior Presidential Advisor in charge of Special Operations, was the first to congratulate his father before the NRM Party to which Museveni is Chairman and other Ugandans followed suit.
As you would expect, all our eyes were out to see what Bebe Cool had to say on such a day. Being the most vocal and sworn Museveni celebrity supporter, the Gagamel Phamily CEO was quick in following the social media wave to wish Museveni a happy birthday.
In his message, Bebe Cool mocked the ‘bazzukulu‘ with the caption;
“Happy birthday father of the nation, jajja wa abazukulu, tata wa bana ne byana.”
Other artistes however seemed either not to agree that it was indeed Museveni’s birthday yesterday, or they just intentionally shunned away from wishing Mzee a happy one.
Whatever their reasons, we are torn in-between believing if it was indeed his birthday or yet another reason to concur with his allegations that the internet is filled with ‘fake news’.
SPICE DIANA MEETS GIRL WHO WROTE HER ‘NDIMULOVE’ LYRICS IN EXAMS
In-form singer Hajjara Namukwaya Diana, better known as Spice Diana, revealed that she met a student who wrote her ‘Ndimulove‘lyrics in exams.
While performing at an event on Saturday, at Lugogo Hockey grounds, Spice called the yet identified girl’s name on stage to sing any of her songs, and surprising the student sang word-for-word of her ‘Ndimulove’ song something that took her breath away.
So, after performing Spice met the girl backstage where the two had a little chat. Here the girl narrated to Spice how she got punished and laughed at in class and on school assembly when she wrote the lyrics of her song in examinations as answers.
The girl’s story sounded weird and untrue to Spice but when she closely looked in her eyes she believed the young girls story.
From that point we have not yet known what the two concluded on but as we have seen Spice throughout this year, we will not be surprised to hear collaboration between the two or a song soon about the girl’s story.
Anyway congs Spice for such a memorable story that you will leave tell your bazukulu!
