BUSHENYI MAN NARROWLY ESCAPES DEATH FOR STEALING CHICKEN

A man in Bushenyi yesterday narrowly escaped death after he was caught stealing chicken from a poultry house.
The suspect only identified as Kagyeshi a resident of Nyamiko Nyakabirizi division Bushenyi District was yesterday at around 2:00am beaten almost to death by mob people who caught him red handed stealing chickens from one of the poultry farm in Rwenziro.
Residents told www.mknewslink.com at police that Kagyeshi depends on theft as his business and no matter how many times he has been caught; he is not ready to stop.
SP Martial Tumusiime the Greater Bushenyi police mouth piece revealed that they have Kagyeshi in their custody at Bushenyi Central police station after he was brought to them from Nyakabirizi police post.
He noted that police investigations into the matter have commenced under a theft case ref 04/17/04/19.
