BESIGYE BLAMES POOR SERVICE DELIVERY ON NRM

Dr. Col Kizza Besigye, the former Forum for Democratic Change-FDC party president has attributed poor health services in health centers to corruption with the state agencies.

Dr. Besigye noted that some patients are dying and others are being referred to Aga Khan in Kenya and India due to insufficient drugs and medical equipment in uganda.

 He castigated the ruling National Resistance Movement-NRM party for denying citizens good services they are supposed to get. 
 
besigye said these while addressing hundreds of Lion members during the installation of their president  Rumanzi Perez and induction dinner at Home to Home tourist Hotel Kyahweire Ntungamo Municipality.

 Besigye expressed concern over the government’s failure to improve health facilities commending Loins club for coming up to rescue Ugandans by providing health services.

Rumanzi Pereza senior journalist working with daily monitor in south western Uganda was elected 7th president of Lions Club of Ntungamo District 411B- Uganda.

He will replace Enock Basude who has been Lions Club president for the last one year.
