BOYS SHOULD GET EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES LIKE GIRLS– RT. REV. MAGEZI

Parents have been asked to allow boys to get equal attention and opportunities like girls because they are both equal in the family.
The advice was given by the Bishop of North West Ankole Diocese Ibanda, Rt. Rev. Amos Magezi while officiating at child day celebrations held at Ibanda child development center in Ibanda municipality yesterday.
He noted that parents take more care on girls and boys are ignored.
He said that this habit has made some of the boys drop out of schools at early age and start looking for jobs in garages, fishing industries to earn a living..
He noted that both boys and girls are pillars of the nation thus should be respected equally in the family.
