ST KAGWA HIGH SCHOOL OLD BOYS CONTRIBUTE UGX 25 MILLION TO BUY 30 COMPUTERS

St Kagwa Old Boys Association has embarked on a project to provide 30 computers to the school valued at 37 million.
During yesterday’s general assembly, the outgoing chairman of the association Paul Turyamureba Kahigi has urged the old boys to ensure that the new project is completed.
According to the new president of the association Felix Mugizi Rwabwita 25 million was raised in cash and pledges.
Dr. Celestine Barigye the executive director of Mbarara referral hospital contributed 3 computers to the project
Dr.Sulaiman Namara who works with the World Bank in Bangladesh and flew in to Uganda purposely to attend St Kagwa old boys’ assembly contributed 1 million
Hassan Kasingye, the Assistant Inspector General of Police together with his two brothers contributed a number of computers.
The assembly resolved that they celebrate 50 years of the school and also build a multipurpose hall as a Golden Jubilee project.
Dr Sulaiman Namara advised students never to engage in strike noting that strikes should be a history in St Kagwa
Celestine Barigye advised students to engage in discussions after class in order to understand the concepts taught in class by teachers better.
Uthiman Nduhukire the director of Sentah College Mbarara advised students to utilized time very well adding that the results they will get will impact on their lives forever.
