28 YEAR OLD MAN SENTENCED TO 25YEARS

Mbarara High court has sentenced a 28 year John Byamugisha to 25years in prison over murder.
Court presided over by Justice David Matovu 28 heard that on the 19th of March 2015 at John Byamugisha murdered Bonekosi Atuhaire 30,a shop attendant in kiyaja cell mbarara municipality.
On the fateful night, John allegedly entered Atuhaire’s house before fighting her to death.
Neighbours who had them fight came and found the deceased lying dead in a pool of blood.
Mr. John was arrested from his mother’s house where he was remanded for three years at mbarara central prison.
After pleading guilty to the charges, Justice David Matovu sent him in Mbarara central prison for 25 years.
