Chris Muganzi the Member of Parliament aspirant for Bushenyi -Ishaka Municipality has warned Ugandans to celebrate Easter without forgetting Corona Virus.
He noted that Easter celebrations should not make Ugandans forget directives of the president in a bid to fight the deadly Coronavirus .
He made these remarks through an exclusive phone interview with www.mknewslink.com reporter today morning.
Muganzi advised that Ugandans should keep reminded that security will continue operating to maintain order , and urged people to stop taking walks , loitering in trading centers with no reason but to stay home and stay safe.
“We shall take over CORONA VIRUS if we become wise as well as spies on one another by reporting anyone with signs and symptoms of Coronavirus to the authorities,” Muganzi said .
Muganzi told www.mknewslink.com that Covid 19 respects no national borders , social bounds , political systems and cultural values and to fight it ,Ugandans should avoid touching their soft body parts including nose, face ,mouth.
He added that they need to be vigilant by wash hands frequently , covering their mouth when coughing and sneezing ,ensuring that foods like eggs are well cooked , and keeping some social distance from one another.
He warned people against shaking of hands, body to body contact in connection with elbows and gatherings mostly in groups of around 5-10 people as it has been said.
