BAMUGISHA COMMUNITY WELFARE , FRIENDS DONATE 38,000KGS OF POSHO TO BUSHENYI COVID 19 TASK FORCE

The Bamugisha Community Welfare Limited company and their friends have donated 38000kgs of maize flour to Bushenyi district covid 19 task force .
According to Richard Byaruhanga Katerane who led Bamugisha Community Welfare team at the function of handing over the food , giving out of food was one ofÂ the ways of remembering their people especially during this corona virus pandemic.
Bamugisha Community Welfare is a limited company registered in the country and it was started in 2014 with the aim of promoting education , fighting poverty among the people and even lobbying for Ugandans .
Byaruhanga added that directors of Bamugisha have alot of friends from big companies who have made contributions so that Bamugisha could bring this food to the stranded residents.

He said that some of their friends are; dot services ,Updealuganada limited , zongohome construction , Banafuka chemicals , Vembacco LTD, Olient enterprises LTD ,Bashasha enterprises, Alidu quality enterprises .
Jaffari Basajabalaba, the Bushenyi district chairman who is also part of the taskforce thanked the team Bamugisha for the work they are doing to fight against covid 19 . Bamugisha had donated 1000 boxes of soap before the task force was formed.
All the food have been immediately given to LC III Chairmen of 13 subcounties in the district to supply it to the beneficiaries starting from today .
The RDC Jolly Tibemanya hailed Bamugisha community for being the first challengers to donate in big quantity and has promised to supply this food to the people.
He added that the task force is non partisan thus it welcomes donation from everyone irrespective of ones political affiliation.
