BAMUGISHA COMMUNITY WELFARE DONATES 11000KGS OF MAIZE FLOUR TO TEACHERS, PEOPLE LIVING IN TRADING CENTRES

Bushenyi district COVID 19 task force yesterday received 11000 kilograms of maize flour which were donated by Bamugisha Community Welfare to teachers in Bushenyi district and people living in trading centers.
The donation was delivered by team Bamugisha led by Slage Bagarukayo from Kyeizoba ,and was received by the Chairman Bushenyi district Covid 19 task force Jolly Tibemanya ,Chairman Jafari Bassajabalaba ,Peace Tibakuna and other members of the task force .
Slage said that Bamugisha community welfare came to help people adding that for this reason, they are not about to rest until all Bushenyi residents get what to eat.
So far Bamugisha Community Welfare has contributed a total of 62 tonnes of maize flour ever since the president called upon all Ugandans who can manage to contribute food for the vulnerable in this Covid 19 lock down.
Jolly Tibemanya the chairman Bushenyi distrct covid 19 task force who doubles as the RDC thanked Bamugisha Community Welfare for the heart of giving and promised to deliver the maize flour to the targeted trading centers and teachers in Bushenyi .
He warned people circulating wrong information that the RDC and his task force are involving politics especially when distributing the donated food.
