PROF. KAMUNTU LAUNCHES HIS CAMPAIGNS IN SHUUKU TOWN COUNCIL

Sheema South County legislator Prof. Ephraim Kamuntu has vowed to unite all NRM supporters in Sheema district for the common goal of winning the 2021 general elections.
Kamuntu who also doubles as the minister for Justice and constitutional affairs was on Wednesday November 11th 2020 launching his campaigns and manifesto for the 2021 general elections.
Kamuntu was declared the NRM flag bearer after the controversial NRM party primaries where 2 other contestants had also claimed victory.
Speaking at the launch at Kishabya West Cell in Kishabya ward, Shuuku Town council in Sheema district, the minister called upon all party lovers to stop hatred and support the flag bearers for the betterment of the party and Uganda at large.
He assured voters that NRM is the only strong party in Uganda with even 8 Parliamentarians who are unopposed for 2021 general elections.
He said that UPC only has 43 candidates, DP 120 candidates and FDC 208 who can’t even make up a half of Parliamentary members but NRM has candidates in all 146 Ugandan districts.
Voters who talked to www.mknewslink.com reporter thanked Prof. Kamuntu for delivering quality services to his people but asked him to solve the problem of poor feeder roads and lobby for money to support women empowering projects.
Prof Kamuntu is facing stiff competition from Elijah Mushemeza, Moses Mwebesa and Rodden Kyankaaga all independent candidates.
