SHOCK AS KYENJOJO MAN SLAUGHTERS WIFE

Authorities in Kyenjojo district are investigating circumstances under which a man killed his wife in cold blood on Friday night.

Residents of Kiregya village, Busasa parish, Bugaaki Sub County woke up to great shock after learning that Tibenderana Adolf 26 had killed his wife Ensikweri Moreen 30 a born of Kabende sub county Kabarole district.

According to a resident identified as Ajuna Edger, the incident happened at around 11:00 PM.

Ajuna said that the couple has been having family misunderstandings which could have sparked off the violence and subsequent killing.

Speaking to our reporter, the area chairperson Mr. Aliganyira Richard confirmed the incident adding that Adolf used a sharp machete to chop the wife unto pieces.

He said that he was greatly shocked as his office didn’t have any grievances reported and they both don’t take alcohol.

He advised all married people to always make use of their leaders in case of any misunderstandings instead of taking the law in their hands.
