LOCALS RELIEVED AS 4KM MUTONTO-BWIZIBWERA ROAD IS GRADED

Residents of Rwebishekye ward in Bwizibwera Rutooma town council, Mbarara district have been bailed out by Hon. Loydah Twinomujuni the lady councilor representing Rubaya sub county at Mbarara district as she lobbied a motor grader to clear and grade 4KM, Mutonto -Bwizibwera road.
Despite being vital in the development of cells that make up Rwebishekye ward in Bwizibwera-Rutooma Town council, Mutonto -bwizibwera road had spent Six years without being worked on regardless the huge amounts of revenue the District collects every financial year.
Addressing journalists Steven Ndyomugaba a resident of misenyi cell , Rwebishekye ward appreciated Hon.Loydah for rendering service delivery in entire Mbarara District using her resources and asserted that the road is crucial in the development of the area as it connects to Kyeshama seasonal market where residents normally sell their merchandise.
Ndyomugabe who was seemingly happy revealed that from the research he has carried out on ground ,Loydah Twinomujuni will obviously win the 2026 polls regarding the visible change she has brought on ground.
Moses Kabeireho, the district councilor representing Bwizibwera Rutooma town council at Mbarara district, explained to journalists that the road had taken six years in a poor state following a series of letters by area councilors addressed to district leadership about the sorry state of the road.
Jennifer Kyomugisha the Chairperson local council One misenyi cell described Hon. Loydah as an Exceptional leader who has extended services to the entire District using her own resources despite being a District councillor.
Launching the road works today (Saturday) Loydah Twinomujuni asked residents to make good use of the road to develop themselves through having their agricultural produce access markets and trading centers.
