MAN COMMITS SUICIDE IN HOIMA

HOIMA:
The deceased has been identified as James Tibeigana 42, a resident of Kibengeya village Kibengeya parish in Kapaapi Sub County Kigorobay County Hoima district.

David Barongo, the deceased’s brother suspects the gruesome incident to have happened last evening at around 9pm.

He told our reporter that the deceased was stressed with family issues.

Joseph Wandera, the area chairperson, explains that he was informed by Tadeo Baguma, the deceased’s brother, at around 10pm over the incident.

Julius Allan Hakiza, the Albertine Region Police Spokesperson confirmed the incident and said they have commenced the investigations.
