DID TYCOON MBAINE ATTEMPT TO SHOOT HASSAN BASSAJJA ON SATURDAY? SLEEPS IN POLICE CELLS FOR TWO NIGHTS

Police in Bushenyi is investigating whether Tycoon Mbaine Nekemia wanted to shoot the property mogul Hassan Bassajja Balaba on 1st April 2023.

According to sources Mbaine was arrested on Saturday evening slept in Ishaka cells was transferred yesterday to Bushenyi police station where he also slept another night.

www.mknewslink.com managing director interviewed Mbaine in Bushenyi police cells yesterday and told him that the two have been having a case in the commercial court Kampala.

Tycoon Mbaine accuses property mogul Hassan Bassajja Balaba for failing to pay him a balance of 200 million which accrued from hostel he sold to him in Rwemirokora Ishaka division 2 years ago.

Tycoon Mbaine added that the commercial court ruled that the two go with their surveyors and lawyers to the hostel and establish who wants to cheat who and bring a report to court.

Mbaine added that when they reached at the site Hassan tried to attack him and Mbaine kept quite. He adds that Hassan accused him of wanting to shoot him using his pistol, which he says is not true.

He noted that the police came and asked him whether he had a gun and said that his gun was at home, which he handed to police but as he went in the evening to pick it after the quarrels was arrested and accused for wanting to shoot Hassan Bassajja.

When www.mknewslink.com managing editor contacted RPC greater Bushenyi, referred him to the DPC Bushenyi JB Serungoji who was not in office.

The OC station Bushenyi referred the editor to Ishaka police were the case is being handled.

Tycoon Mbaine is a former parliamentary candidate for Bushenyi Ishaka Municipality in 2016.

His supporters on the other hand accuse Bushenyi police for being bribed by Tycoon Hassan Bassajja and denying bond Mbaine.
