NYAMIIKO COU HEAD OF LAITY MURDER CASE FILE, TRANSFERRED BACK TO BUSHENYI STATE ATTORNEY’S OFFICE

The murder case file involving the murder of Mwanebepaaka the brother of the Rev. of Nyamiiko COU has been transferred to Bushenyi chief principle state Attorney Batison Baguma.

The chief suspects in this case include John Tinkamanyire Aka Chief Kanyinondi and his son in law only known as Alex the head teacher of the popular Kasozi primary school in Bushenyi district.

According to the regional DPP Ankole counsel Moses Onen Ochan he didn’t touch the file because the file was brought to him from Bushenyi without perusal by the chief state attorney Mr. Batison Baguma.

However he told www.mknewslink.com in secrecy that the file never had evidence since the file was killed by the over stayed OCID Bushenyi Benon Kivengere.

The postmortem on the file reveals that the shamba boy died of nature death which is contrary to the evidence on the ground. It’s a forged postmortem.

According to Residents of Nyamiiko village Mazinga ward Nyakabirizi division Bushenyi Ishaka municipality, their own John Tinkamanyire AKa Chief alleged murdered his shamba boy known as Danson Mwenebepaaka on 29th April 2023 Saturday night.
