The Archbishop of Mbarara Archdiocese His Grace Lambat Bainemugisha today morning March 03, 2024 commissioned five classrooms worth 500m.
The function took place at St. Mary’s Kyamuhunga primary school. The archbishop accompanied by Minister for local government Rapheal Magyezi OB of the school and woman MP Bushenyi district Mrs Annet Katusiime Mugisha and educationalist from Makerere university Dr. Gumaoshabe Gilbert, Paul Kahiigi chairman management of the school among others.
The magnificent 5 classroom blocks were funded by Austrians through The Ripple Foundation. The building works took 4 months.
Ms Basarirwa Florence noted that even furniture for five classrooms for both teachers and pupils was provided.
Minister Rapheal Magyezi was full of happiness for the milestone at his old and neighboring school.
He called up on parents to ensure that their children are in schools for the sweet future of both the children and parents.
The head teachers of the school, Omwigarire Grace Byamukama hailed the Austrian funders for the great support.
