MBARARA BISHOPS START MEDIATION IN DEFAMATORY SUIT

Ankole bishop Sheldon Mwesigwa and Day Star Cathedral Bishop Nassan Ibrahim Turyamureeba have started mediation to end a row that had emanated from church preaching.
Bishop Nassan Ibrahim alleges that Ntare School Chaplain Rev. Bernard Mushabe, Jenifer Nduhura under the stewardship of Bishop Sheldon Mwesigwa of Ankole Diocese went into the Anglican churches spreading information that he (Ibrahim) sacrificed his wife for wealth and that he is a gay who enrolls young boys into the act in the region.
On July 7th 2016 high court selected a team of three lawyers in the case from Kanduho and co. Advocates, Ngauruye Ruhindi , spencer and Co. Advocates Butagira and Co. advocates and grade one magistrate Hajji Hussein Luggolobi to help in the mediation process before hearing takes course.
Lawyer to the defendant Ngaruye Ruhindi Boniface is the lead negotiator in collaboration with other lawyers supervised by his worship Hajji Hussein Lugolobi as the mediator.
Bishop Nassan Ibrahim said he is not interested in any form of money from the suit but rather wants the Anglican Church to clear his name and tell the public truth about him other than spreading false information yet they are all born again church leaders.
However Rev. Bernard Mushabe said he cannot apologize for preaching the gospel.
