TWO ARRESTED FOR MURDER IN BUHWEJU

Police in Buhweju are holding two people on charges of murder of one kaijuka Andrew a resident of Masyoro village Kiramira Nyakishana subcounty Buhweju district.
The arrested are; Felix Basiga and Desmus Mugarura both of the same location.
It is alleged that on 18th August 29, 2018 Kaijuka who had been suspected of stealing 20 bottles of beer and waragi was attacked by a mob and beaten almost to death.
The deceased was rushed to KIU after the incident where he later passed on today morning.
According to Martial Tumusiime the greater Bushenyi police spokesperson the two were arrested because they led a mob that beat and killed Kaijuka.
Police investigations are still going on at buhweju police station.
