The accused is Joseph Mubangizi a Track Driver who stages at Esso Lorry Park in Kabale Town.
He reportedly released the toilet contents in the stream that empties its waters into River Kiruruma, a tributary of River Katonga which also empties its waters into Lake Victoria.
Our reporter visited the area over the weekend and established that the sewerage no longer flows into the lagoon. It ends up on the water stream, road and nearby bush owing to the blockage.

He faults the Kabale municipal authorities who have kept deaf ears about the matter yet the public are suffering.
