ARCHBISHOP BEINOMUGISHA TIPS CHRISTIANS ON EDUCATION

The Archbishop of Mbarara catholic Archdioces His grace Lambert Beinomugisha has called on Christians to embrace Agriculture and education if the country is to attain steady development.
The Archbishop made the request Sunday while preaching to a congregation of Christians at Kyamuhunga Catholic Parish in Bushenyi district.
He noted that all people should understand that agriculture is the back bone of Uganda’s economy and therefore a need to get engaged in it to improve their house hold income which will enable them educate their children ,hence having a developed and educated country in future.
Speaking in the same service the Kyamuhunga Parish priest Rev Fr Ayebare Alkangelo noted that the Archbishop has confirmed 679 christians into the Catholic faith which seems to be a big number due to the delays that were caused by Covid19.
Dr Gilbert Gumoshabe the Kyamuhunga Parish council Chairperson noted that it strengthens faith to see more Christians being confirmed into the religion and asked the confirmed people to stick on what they have learnt about religion so as to have a self reliant church in future.
