Besigye said this Sunday 15th Oct.2017 while speaking as the guest of honor during the thanks giving of a Kabale based businessman; Saulo Nuwagaba at St. Paul Church of Uganda Kirima in Kanungu district.

The Bishop of Kinkiizi diocese Rt Rev Dan Zoreka who led the service asked all legislators who are supporting the move to amend the constitution, to be keen and listen to the voice of the majority locals who he noted are against the constitution’s amendment unless they are in the parliament to represent only their selfish interests.
