BISHOP BARHAM UNIVERSITY 15th GUILD PRESIDENT VOWS TO FULFIL HIS MANIFESTO.

Owen Namara while swearing in, in ceremony held in the university multipurpose hall on 15th Dec 2022 accepted to work for students who elected him into power.
Namara asked the university finance offices to always listen and approve their requests noting that students pay school fees to access related services from the campus.
Meanwhile, Amos Nomwesigwa the outgoing gild president while handing over office thanked the university community for the cooperation they have had all-over his term of service which enabled them to register more achievements during term of service no matter the challenges they encountered.
Nomwesigwa said they have been facing financial challenges due lack of coordination between the guild office and finance office and which he said has been a struggle achieve 100% of their manifesto.
He advised him to be ambitious, have a strong desire for success not to be intimidated when rendering services needed to the university community.
However, Apollo Mbarema the university dean of students while representing the university principal thanked the outgoing guild cabinet for the spirit of service they had rendered and pledged to work with the incoming cabinet for the future shining of Bishop Barham university college.
Owen Namara has been sworn in as the 15th guild president of the university in history after he was declared a winner of recent guild elections defeating his closest rival, Douglas Nabaasa.
