BISHOP JOHNSON DENIED SPEECH AT MS JANET MUSEVENI’S FUNCTION

There was shame and misbelief after protocol of Ms Janet Museveni removed the speech of Bishop Johnson from the list at the function to celebrate 90th birthday of the Bweranyangi Girls’ SSS first black headmistress Ms Beyaka.
According to a credible source who attended a scientific function held a week ago at Bweranyangi hill, the incident was as a result of the differences which are occurring within the diocese because of the recently concluded Bushenyi Woman MP race.
The source says that when the speech was scrapped off, the angry Bishop handed the written speech to Ms Janet Museveni so that she could read for herself after the function.
Source also says that when the Bishop was called upon to give a closing prayer, he wondered why his speech had been scrapped from the list.
The whole of this stalemate is as a result of the fact that the Anglican leaders in West Ankole diocese supported Ms Annet Katusiime Mugisha a catholic instead of their own Can. Mary Karooro Okurut.
