BISHOP JOHNSON VS KARASI; EXTRA ORDINARY SYNOD CALLED

West Ankole diceasan bishop, Johnson Twinomujuni has summoned an extra ordinary synod without an agenda.

According to the invitation seen by www.mknewslink.com editor, the synod will sit on May 20, 2022.

It is very rare for the synod to sit twice in three months. The most recent one sat in March 2022

Christians led by Emmanuel Karasi petitioned the Archbiship of the Church of Uganda His grace Steven Kazimba accusing Bishop Johnson Twinomujuni of not following the law while conducting the March 2022 synod.

Archbishop Kazimba wrote to karasi assuring him that he will handle the matter to it’s bottom.

According to credible sources, the synod of May 20 is meant to correct the errors that Bishop Johnson committed during the first one.

Mr Karasi accuses bishop Johnson of not respecting Christians who don’t agree with his methods of work.
