BISHOP JOHNSON WARNS PARENTS TO INSTALL DISCIPLINE AMONGST THEIR CHILDREN

The west Ankole Bishop Rt Rev.Johnson Twinomujuni has advised parents to discipline their children while growing up for a better tomorrow.
Speaking during the second day of the annual Youth convention at Bweranyangi hill that attracted more than five thousand youth and adults, the bishop said that children do not easily forget what their parents teach them.
He continued to urge parents to provide their children with formal education noting that one cannot get a job in Uganda of today without education. He added that education sharpens youth and gives them confidence.
He further asked the youth to love and respect their parents and elders stressing that success and blessings come from respecting these people
Bishop Johnson advised people present to put in action what they have been told not to only stop at listening.
The convetion that started on Thursday is set to go up to Sunday and according to the public relations officer of the diocese Mr. Zaddock Amanyisa this years convention has attracted more people compared to the twelve past years with more people coming for the first time.
