BODIES OF TWO UGANDANS KILLED IN RWANDA BROUGHT BACK HOME

Rwandan government yesterday 12/11/19 at around 13:00 hours at Kamwezi boarder at Buzuba cell Kashekye Parish Kamwezi sub county, handed over bodies of the two Ugandan who were allegedly murdered by Rwandan security forces.
The two were murdered in the night of 9/11/2019 at Tabagwe village in Nyagatare district in Rwanda on allegation that they were smuggling tobacco into Rwanda which is prohibited in the country.
The handing over was witnessed by the Mayor Nyagatare district Mushabe Claudian and RPC Eastern province ACP Emmanuel Hatari while the Ugandan team was headed by the RDC Rukiga district Ms Pulikeria Muhindo, the RPC Kigezi SSP Eddie Serunjogi and team, RISO Maj. Mugarura Jorom and team, DPC Asp Okumu Julius and team, the vice chairman LCV Muganizi Jackson, the LCIII chairperson Tedson Nuwagaba.
The two bodies are of Ebyarishaga Job m/a aged 37 yrs of Kiruhura cell Kashekye parish and Tuhirwe JohnBosco m/a aged 30 yrs of residents of Nyakabungo cell Kyabuhangwa parish both of Kamwezi sub county Rukiga district.
On receipt of the bodies and on re examination by the Regional police surgeon, it was discovered that Ebyarishanga Job had been shot in the chest and head and Tuhirwe John Bosco in the chest and ribs both done at short range meant to kill .
Both bodies were handed over to relatives by police and advised them to remain calm and cool tempers as they observe the rule of law in whatever they do.
