BREAKING NEWS: COL. BESIGYE ARRESTED UPON ARRIVAL AT ENTEBBE AIRPORT

Police and other security agencies have arrested the four time former presidential candidate Col. Dr. Kizza Besigye at Entebbe international airport Monday morning upon his return from UK.

According to the Lord Mayor of Kampala capital city Authority, Besigye was arrested up arrival at Entebbe airport and taken to unknown place.

According to sources in Entebbe, deployment of police, army both in uniform and in civilian attire are patrolling streets of Entebbe to stop Besigye supporters from accessing streets to welcome him.

Col. Besigeye a member of forum for democratic change party arrived at Entebbe international aboard Kenya airways. He has been a broad for over a month now.

His supporters had prepared to welcome him in a most admirable way but cant do it now since he was arrested before they could see him.
