BUSHENYI: DAILY MONITOR BOARD MEMBER CASE JUDGEMENT PUSHED TO FRIDAY 13TH NOV.2020

Bushenyi grade one magistrate Christopher Tindyebwa has today postponed judgment of an application filed by Robby Muhumuza against Dan Nimwesiga where plaintiff is asking court to stop the defendant from using a road to his home.
Last Tuesday 3rd Nov.2020, the magistrate visited the contested road in Kashenyi Bushenyi Ishaka municipality and promised to deliver his judgment today but pushed it to Friday without any further delay.
Robby Muhumuza a former country director of World Vision took to court Nimwesiga on charges of damaging his property as he tried to access land.
Robby Muhumuza also filed an application so that court would permanently stop Nimwesiga from using Robby road which leads to his land.
While at court, Dan Nimwesiga was issued with criminal summons by Bushenyi police on charges of malicious damage on the same road.
Dan Nimwesiga told www.mknewslink.com managing editor that he will comply with the law and fight until he gets a road to his land.
