BUSHENYI DHO WARNS RESIDENTS NOT TO FORGET COVID 19 AS THEY CELEBRATE EASTER HOLIDAYS

Bushenyi District Health Officer Dr.Edward Mwesigye last evening called upon people to observe Corona Virus guidelines and restrictions during this easter season that started on Friday till Tuesday morning.

He said this in a whatsapp message that he circulated into different groups especially Make Bushenyi Greater Again.[MBUGA]

Earlier, he had told www.mknewslink.com managing editor that among the 57 ,5 tested negative to the virus adding that they tested those ones who showed signs of CoronaVirus still no one was positive.

The first quarantined cases were 27 and they all tested negative and were allowed to mix with the community.

According to www.mknewslink.com observation that was done in towns of Ishaka ,Bushenyi,Butaare and Nyakabirizi,there were no massive shoppings for Easter as have been in the previous years.

Still, there was a handful of people in towns which means that the advice of Bushenyi DHO was respected.
