BUSHENYI HIGH COURT SENTENCES TWO MEN TO 20, 15 YEARS FOR DEFILING TODDLERS

High court in Bushenyi district yesterday evening sentenced a man to 20 years in jail over defiling a 4 year old juvenile.

Court presided over by Justice Dr.Flavian Zeija heard that on 1/4/2018 Norman Baguma a resident of Kabwohe town A in Kabwohe town council defiled a 4 year old girl.

Prosecution told court that Baguma found the victim on the way alone following others to a football pitch and forcefully performed a sexual act on her.

Same court sentenced Pius Nuwamanya a resident of Nyabuhikye cell Ruhoko in Ibanda district to 15 years in jail for defiling a 3 year old toddler.
