BUSHENYI HIGH COURT SETS FREE MURDER SUSPECTS

High court in Bushenyi has today set free two people who have been accused of murder case in Nyakabirizi cell.

Court led by Justice Joyce Kavuma has set free Kyomuhendo Jackline and one identified as Twinamasiko who have been accused of murdering Ngabirano Naume all residents of Nyakabirizi Division.

Giving her judgment, Kavuma noticed that the evidence that was brought did not satisfy the court to convict the two accused persons.

The same court has adjourned the case in which a girl is accused of defiling a 15 years old boy.

Nahabwe Babra is accused of defiling Kato Davis whom she played sex several times without condom. Court has set 30^th.7.2018 for final judgment.
